Overview
A free 5 ★ character, which all players will unlock as you progress through the story. As of writing, Havoc Rover has mostly been played as a main DPS who relies on Umbra State to do the bulk of their damage. The main gameplay loop is to build up Umbra, then enter a DPS phase by holding Basic Attack when Umbra Gauge is full.
Pros
- Performs well in both hyper-carry and quick-swap teams
- Not reliant on Resonance Liberation to enter a burst phase
- Simple and easy kit and rotation
- Has multiple supports to choose when team building
Cons
- Resonance Chains (dupes) are not all available as of Version 1.0
Skill Priority
Hyper Carry
- Forte Circuit
- Resonance Liberation
- Resonance Skill
- Basic Attack = Intro Skill
As a Hyper Carry, Rover (Havoc) will want to use their Enhanced Basic Attacks from Forte Circuit to deal damage during Burst Windows.
Quick Swap
- Resonance Liberation
- Forte Circuit >= Resonance Skill
- Intro Skill
- Basic Attack
Rover (Havoc) cannot take full advantage of Forte Gauge in Quick Swap teams, making Resonance Liberation and Skill a decent alternative to raise. If you want to fill downtime with Rover (Havoc), we recommend raising Forte Circuit alongside Resonance Skill.

Weapons
As of 1.0, Emerald of Genesis is Rover (Havoc) best-in-slot by a huge margin. Other alternatives like Commando of Conviction and Lumingloss fall short when compared to the 5-star variant.

Echoes
Set Effect | Comparison | Notes |
Sun-sinking Eclipse | 100% | A generic Havoc set that works well with any Havoc damage dealer. |
Sun-sinking Eclipse/Lingering Tunes 2pc+2pc | ??? | This set combination should be treated as a transition set rather than something to be used in the endgame. |
Active Echo Recommendation
Sun-sinking Eclipse - Dreamless: A burst-oriented Echo that deals a large chunk of damage while also generating a respectable amount of Energy. While this Echo does have a long animation, it can be switch-canceled immediately unlike Crownless.
Additionally, it has a unique interaction with Rover (Havoc), which increases its damage after using her Resonance Liberation.
