There are many categories of quests in Wuthering Wave: Main Quest, Tutorial Quests, Companion Stories, Exploration Quests, Daily Quests, and Side Quests. This guide will list the Side Quests. If we're missing some quests, feel free to comment in the comment section below.
UPDATE: Since the post is getting too long, I decided to divide it into 2 parts. This post will cover the quests with alphabetical names from P - Z.

Photos of Jinzhou
After completing the [Ominous Star] Main Quest and wandering around Jinzhou, you should get this quest from your Quest Menu. If not, check out the crowd in the middle of Jinzhou and save the old man on top of the rooftop to start the quest.
In this quest, you will unlock the Camera function since the task is just you taking pictures of some items from Bowen. After taking photos of 3 specific request, you will complete the quest.
Repair the Lighthouse at the Nameless Bay
I started this quest after completing Repair the Lighthouse in Desorock Highland Quest first. Both of them are similar where you need to fix a lighthouse. Repair the Lighthouse in Desorock Highland
Teleport to Camp Overwatch and escort Junior Engineer to a lighthouse safely by defeating all incoming enemies. This quest is kind of (not really) a series and I had made a more in-depth guide regarding it in another post: Repair the 5 Lighthouses & Lost History Side Quests Guide
Restart the radar
Restart the radar is a quest you can start at the Rearguard Base. The name itself spoke for your task, which is to restart the radar by going to 3 Surveillance Station to fix some mechanisms. It wasn't that hard but may be confusing for new players so here's some small guide.
At the 1st Surveillance Station, when you need to find a way to enter the station, go to the rooftop and find a crack. Use a plunge attack to break the crack further and create a hole for you to enter.
In the 2nd Surveillance Station, there are no puzzles so you can just follow the quest navigation.
In the 3rd Surveillance Station, you can break the Fissured Ledge by using the Tacetite Fulminate. Use Levitator to grab it and throw it to the wall. After that, keep following the quest navigation to complete the quest.
Save the World? Save the Cat!
For quite a long name, this quest is really short. Talk to Xiaoju near Taoyuan Vile and help her find Lulu (which is marked on the map).
Secret Investigation
Start the Secret Investigation quest by talking to Qianshan at the base near lake Deerslumber. The whole quest is full of battles but with zero puzzle so you can just follow the navigation to complete it.
Shooting Party
At the camp west of Settle Range, there is a Strange Flyer for a shooting contest. If you enter this contest, the reward is a robot part from No Response Tonight Side Quest. Yes, these two quests are linked together, but ultimately, you need to complete Shooting Party first before you can complete No Response Tonight.
Silver-Haired Echo Trainer - I
You can start the Silver-Haired Echo Trainer - 1 quest by talking to Chixia in Jizhou.
As the quest name already mentioned, this one has a lot of things to do with Echoes. And you need to defeat them all. The difficulty is not that hard so as long as you bring your best team, you can clear this quest easily.
Silver-Haired Echo Trainer - II
You can obtain this quest automatically after completing the SOL3 Phase Ascension I Tutorial Quest that increases your level limit. In this quest, you need to go to Instructor Yhan's training ground and complete the SImulation Training - Sealed Tube (need to use Waveplate x40). After that, the quest will ask you to upgrade any Echo to Lv. 15.
UPDATE: YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE WAVEPLATE. After completing the challenge, just get out of the domain. Source: The comment section.
Silver-Haired Echo Trainer - III
Right after completing part 2, you will immediately get part 3. The quest will ask you to Tune any Echo you have. Then, just keep following the quest navigation until you complete it.
Tacet Discord Hunter
You can start the Tacet Discord Hunter by talking to Koko at the Shifang Farming in Jinzhou. If the quest icon doesn't appear, try to complete the [Ominous Star] Main Quest first because I start this Side Quest after completing the Main Quest.
Inside this quest, there will be a lot of combat encounters so be sure to bring your best team. In addition, if you are already at SOL3 Phase, remember that the enemies will be above level 20, so upgrade your Resonators too so they won't be overwhelmed (because I did).
When the quest navigation says to 'Follow the traces,' you need to use the Sensor utility (tap Tab to change your utility) and you will notice a glowing line on the river. Follow the traces (heading west) until you reach Tolling Stream and Lianfeng will start to talk again.
There are many enemies here so you can either defeat them or just run past them. Defeating them is not required to pass the quest.
The range of the 'Follow the toll sound you hear' navigated circle is huge, but all you need to do is find the collapsed Pioneer Association member to continue the quest.
Finally, you need to defeat Bell-Borne Geochelone (This is where I messed up because all my characters are level 20 and the enemy is level 37). After you defeat this enemy, you will get the achievement 'Only the Bell Tolls.'
Finally, return to Jinzhou and deliver "Zhongling Zhi" to Koko and you will complete the quest.
The Eternal Concert
The Eternal Concert is a decently long quest you can find in Donglu Research Station. Teleport to the nearest Resonance Nexus or Resonance Beacon, and head to the edge of the mountain to talk to an NPC. This quest will lead you to Nostalgia Isle. Although this is pretty long, all the tasks are easy and straightforward enough for you to complete without any guide.
If there is one thing to guide, it's when you need to enter the Record Store through the opening of the roof. You need to use the flaming flower on the roof and throw it at the thorns to burn it so you can get inside the store. After that, just follow the quest navigation until you complete the quest.
The Fabled Magnetic Cube Mechanics - I
Teleport to Tiger's Maw Mine and find the Rambling and Wandering Engineer (Complete the Exploration Quest related to this place first if he's not in the location above). In this quest, you need to solve 3 cube puzzles. It wasn't that hard, but here's the solution for each of them.
The Fabled Magnetic Cube Mechanics - II
You can get this quest automatically 24 hours after you complete the previous part. It's the same as before where you need to complete 3 cube puzzles.
The Fabled Magnetic Cube Mechanics - III
Wait 24 hours after you complete the previous quest and you can start this one. It's the same as before where you need to complete 3 sets of cube puzzles.
Time to Study
There's a hidden quest just right beside the Resonance Nexus in Jinzhou, but you need to change the in-game time first to 10:00 AM before the NPC shows up. Once the little boy NPC called Jiu has arrived, you need to talk to him because there would be no quest indicator on top of him. After you're done talking the quest 'Time to Study' will start. The quest is short and simple so you can complete it easily.
Tales of the Past and Present (All Of Them)
A total of 8 'Tales of the Past and Present' are available in version 1.0. There's a Tales of the Past and Present in each sub-region in Huanglong. You can start this quest by finding Torn Pages / Data Chips in each area. But since there are too many of them, I had made a new post to show the location of each Torn Pages / Data Chips that you need to find to start the quest. The Past is the Future: Introduction, Continued & Epilogue
Talk to Shixia in Jinzhou to start the first part of The Past is the Future quest. In this quest, you need to help Shixia finds the gift. For the first time, you need to use the Sensor utility. But after that, all you need to do is follow the quest navigation (There's a lot of walking here).
At one point where you need to find the clues following Pudding's guidance and the clue is behind a rock wall, you can drag an ember near the rock wall and throw it there to break the wall.
After the Introduction quest is done, you can change the in-game time to the next day to start The Past is the Future: Continued. Same as before, lots of running around to the top of a mountain.
For the last time, after the Continued part is done, change the in-game time to the next day to start the last part; The Past is the Future: Epilogue.
Under the Moonlit Banyan
This quest automatically appears on my Quest Menu, so I'm not really sure what triggers it, but I'm pretty sure these are the previous quests that you need to complete first because it's are all connected and we're seeing the same NPCs inside it:

2) When Moonlight Shines in the Forest Side Quest
3) Lingyang Companion Stories
Wait for Godo
Talk to Dedi near the Tower of Adversity to start Wait for Godo Side Quest. The task is to climb the watchtower and stand guard before defeating some TD. After that, a treasure chest will spawn.
When Moonlight Shines in the Forest
Go to Violet Banyan and talk to Qiaomu to start the When Moonlight Shines in the Forest quest. Since this quest related to her, you definitely need to complete When the Forest is No Longer Dim Exploration Quest first. The mission is to find 4 artificial moons which will be marked on the map by the quest navigation.
